I first saw Harley In 1996 at the Boxer Club of Canada Specialty Show and fell in love with him. He reminded me of a bitch I bred and adored in the 80's (Ch Shadowdale's Sheer Delight) I couldn’t resist, Harley came home with me that day. Harley was a delight ever since.. He was my constant companion and my heart dog! I can't tell you how much I miss him.

Harley did everything I could ask and more, from finishing his Canadian Championship in two weeekends starting with a Best of Breed and Group 4th at the Boxer Club of Canada Booster (July 1996) many breed wins & group placements a Specialty BOS & Best In Specialty Sweeps (all owner handled and in limited showing). In 1998 at his first ever show as a Special in the US he was Best Opposite Sex at the Greater Cincinnati Boxer Club Specialty owner handled!

Harley became a Sire of Merit on CANADA DAY 2000! Harley earned his first leg towards his CD at Georgina going 3rd in Novice B.

On the road to his American Championship in '97 Harley added to the 3 pt major he earned at 11 mos., and finished with 4 majors, in very short order. Handled by Linda Huffman.

A sound, stylish boy, Harley showed the fabulous temperament one would expect from his heritage, a true stallion of a dog. We thank Linda & Jerry Huffman for allowing Harley to come to Canada.

I am working on a pictorial for Harley in his Photo Album and will add to it as I can

2005 was the icing on the cake when at the Boxer Club of Canada National He was Best Veteran Male in Sweeps, his granddaughter took BW, his daughter took RWB from the Sr puppy class and his kids and grandkids (9 in all) all placed in their classes!

Just a month later he was Best Veteran dog at the Boxer Club of Western Ontario specialty. Judge's comment: "Well here is one who still knows how to show!"

Harley proved to be pre-potent for his qualities and those of his ancestors. With over seventeen Champions, several pointed and more to be shown, in a limited number of litters he has made his mark.
